Cynthia (Cindy) Hines, is a  highly engaged healthcare and human resource executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across the non-profit, public, private and faith-based sectors. 

She has led HR departments and operational programs in healthcare organizations large and small. Her leadership experience spans an independent hospital, a safety net hospital, a large health system and community health centers.  Cynthia started her professional career in the chemical industry working as a Quality and Process Improvement professional. She led winning teams to reduce cost, improve quality and efficiency.
Cynthia  has attained doctoral level (abd) education in health administration including international healthcare studies.  Her Master's of Science in Administration is concentrated in Human Resources. Lastly she has specialized training in employee relations, compensation, diveristy & inclusion and talent acquisition.

Cynthia  always finds time to volunteer and give back to the community. Through her sorority and church she routinely volunteers her time to positively impact the quality of life for others.  As a servant leader Cynthia has given her talent to various organizations such as the United Way as a  Loaned Executive and chair of the giving campaign for her employer.   She has served as a board member for the Red Cross, Hello West Michigan, Visiting Nurses & Hospice, Muskegon Heights Public Schools and currently serves on the executive committee of the American Leadership Council of the Institute for Diversity in Healthcare in Chicago, Illinois.
